Hi!

Here you find my last monthly cover. I had to do this work very quickly (I thought and designed it in 24h). Thus, the result is not as detailed as usual, but I hope you'll like concept and characters anyway!

The drawing is inspired by this year new governmental housing plan, that is going to allow people to increase the size of residential buildings up to 20-30% of the existing volume. This is an highly controversial law, and some are afraid the real volume increases will be even bigger than those allowed.

The models are Maya made, and the landscape and some last touches were made by using Photoshop.
