The theme is the economic crisis and the problems some Italian mayors are facing in relation to it (councils are experiencing a lack of money even for basis public needs).
In Italy we say: "money don't grow on trees".... in this case, yes!
(but it is difficult to collect).

I modeled the base of the characters and the scene in maya, then I detailed in Zbrush clothes and finally the colors in photoshop
